Under applicable data protection law you may have the right to request erasure of your personal data. You can ask Interactive Knowledge Group Ltd ("we", "us") to delete your Trivora account and associated information we hold as controller, subject to limited exceptions (for example where we must retain certain data to meet legal obligations).
How to submit a deletion request
Send us a request through our official Support channel. This is the fastest and most reliable way for us to verify your identity and process your request securely.
Open the Support form and include the following in your message:
- A clear statement that you wish to delete your Trivora account and associated personal information.
- The email address registered on your Trivora account (the one you use to sign in).
- Your Trivora username or display name, if you know it — this helps us locate your account accurately.
If you cannot access Support in the app or browser you normally use, use the same Support link from any device; we will process requests submitted there in line with this policy.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your request when practicable and may contact you using the email address you provide to confirm details or verify ownership of the account. Deletion or anonymisation will be carried out within a reasonable period, and in any case within timeframes required by applicable law (where those laws apply to you).
Some information may need to be retained in aggregated, de-identified form for analytics, or kept where the law requires (for example accounting or fraud-prevention records). Where retention is necessary, we will limit use to those purposes.
